Well, "angst" is defined as: "A feeling of anxiety or apprehension often accompanied by depression."

I don't think angsty is really a word.

There are a lot of jokes floating around (my particular group of friends... or one of them at least) about "misplaced teenage angst" particularly as it relates to feelings of hatred towards parents etc an even more particularly as it relates to emo music.
